Ever since "Kusa no Ie" set up its very first branch in Akasaka of Minato-ku in Tokyo, we have garnered the support of many loyal customers over the course of our 40-year history.
The meat dishes offered at our restaurant are prepared from Japan's famous Black wagyu beef that has been procured whole. We only use beef of the best quality with particular attention to the flavors of its lean cuts.

We have utmost confidence in the quality of our Japanese Black wagyu beef dishes, where we mainly use "Maezawa beef" which is unique for its exceptional quality marked by fine marbling patterns and low muscle fiber content.
We procure our meat whole and scrutinize it for variations in the quality of each cut before skillfully slicing it by hand.

Located right next to Shimbashi Station, the yakiniku restaurant "Kusa no Ie, Shimbashi restaurant" operates on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building and is equipped with popular private rooms that can accommodate groups of up to six diners as well as comfortable table seats where you can enjoy your meal in a relaxing manner.
